Judith Yisrael, Director of the Yisrael Family Urban Farm in Sacramento’s South Oak Park neighborhood (a classic “food desert”), is an herbalist, award-winning community educator and mother dedicated to sharing her knowledge of nature’s power to heal—physically, emotionally and psychologically.
